Returns Policy



Here's our return policy in bullet points, prepared specially by our legal team:

· You can return your purchase for up to 7 days after the date of delivery.

· Products must be in the condition you received them, with original tags and in the original box and/or packaging, otherwise we cannot accept the  return.

· Returns/exchange cannot be accepted for the products returned after usage/without tags/labels

· Items that are no longer required should be in the original package unopened

· If the correct product is delivered and the return is initiated on the unsatisfactory grounds, a store credit will be given in the form of a discount  coupon code. In this case, the customer will be required to send the item back to our warehouse.

· If the package is damaged, we would need the images of the damaged package and the products to initiate the return and refund

· The products which we do not accept returns in case of correct delivery are Fitness Equipments (Treadmill, Elliptical Bikes, Home Gym, Rowers,  Upright Bikes, Mountain Bikes, Dumbbells, Kettle bells, Twisters) and other bulky items


· Products not available in India and the ones which have been imported into India to fulfil your orders cannot be returned/exchanged, in case if you  wish to exchange you will have to bear the shipping charges to send it back to the international destination, the rates will be given to you by our  customer care executives


· Once the refund request is raised, we shall only initiate the refund for return/damage within 72 hours of our team receiving the product and inspecting the same


· Refund for return/damage will only be initiated when the product is received by us in the same condition as it was shipped.

· Refund once initiated will take anywhere between 2-7 business days to reflect in your account and for the customers who have paid via Credit    Cards, the refund will reflect in the subsequent statement


International and Imported Products

We at LYS try and provide athletes with the widest range of products from across the globe. This at times means that we import certain products from overseas which take longer delivery times due to logistical constrains. We do this to help you find the best possible gear for you to Live Your Sport!


- Delivery times for International Products are usually greater than 12 working days. Kindly refer to the product's page for more information. 


- Working Days are all weekdays and do not include Saturday and Sunday.


- Cancellations against any imported order has to be intimated within 2 days from the day the order was placed.


- We do not provide any returns, refunds or exchanges on imported products unless you have received a fauly product, defective product or incorrect size/color from what has been mentioned in the order information.
